Tomorrow I will start working at the samuel pepys restaurant/pub. I am quite excited because the place is really beautiful and my colleagues are really nice.

The other day I went there for a trial shift. Sometimes I couldn’t help feeling like a dumb. I couldn’t understood what the customers were asking me. I guess I need more time to get use to the British accent and to the huge variety of beers they have on the bar.

I must recognized that I panic when I have to serve an amstel, I have to call Tomy for explanations of how to serve a beer….my first beer….no foam, but then I learned how to serve it.

From now on I will experience a different London…i will be more tired, more stressed and I will have less time to study but although these things I think I will still love this city.
